“Honey-Do” List Completion: Premium clients can accumulate tasks and our team will systematically handle them each visit, from preventative checks to minor renovations. More time-intensive projects are scheduled separately but with VIP priority.
- Included Emergency Calls: A set number of emergency callouts (e.g. 2-3 per year) are included at no extra charge – e.g. if a pipe leaks or door breaks on a weekend, we’ll come fix it, included in the plan.
- Dedicated Account Manager: A single point of contact at DHS will coordinate all services, provide quarterly reports on each property’s maintenance, and customize services as needed. We can also interface directly with tenants (for property managers) to schedule work, reducing the manager’s hassle.
- Multi-Property Bundle: This tier can cover multiple properties under one plan (e.g. a property manager could use the allocated hours across several homes). We will tailor pricing based on number of units – offering volume discounts for larger portfolios.
